President & CEO - Bliss A. Morris began
her career in asset sales as one of three individuals chosen to participate
in the development of one of the first FDIC Asset Marketing Departments
in the nation. She assisted in approximately thirty bank closings during
her FDIC tenure, gaining a clear understanding of the complexity of loan
valuation and disposition, as well as establishing strong ties in the

Ms. Morris established First Financial Network
in 1989 and has since been responsible for the company's strategy, growth
and development. She continues to work closely with its institutional,
private sector and government clients. Ms. Morris has sold loans and
receivables of all types and complexity to investing entities over the
last seventeen years through utilization of sealed bid, on-line e-cry,
private treaty and public outcry auction methods; she is recognized internationally
for her high level of expertise and integrity. To date, she has directed
total asset sales in excess of $16 billion.
In the public sector, Ms. Morris has served as
the Project Manager for extensive government offerings, including the
$650MM "Sunset Auction" for the RTC - the final sales initiative
for this governmental agency. She has served as an Expert Witness to
the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve and several other financial
institutions. Ms. Morris is recognized as a pioneer in the implementation
of bulk sales as an adjunct to traditional liquidation methods. Among
other engagements, she most recently was invited to speak in Mexico at
an international conference regarding the viability of the auction process
as a vehicle for loan portfolio disposition. The event was attended by
several governmental and financial institutions.
IT
Director - Richard Harris oversees the
management, design and implementation of all information
systems throughout First Financial Network. This
includes management of the development of
the company's Online Due Diligence and bidding platforms,
for which he has designed several complex programs
necessary to electronically track and expedite
all phases of the sale process.
Mr. Harris has been responsible for the smooth operation and closing of numerous electronic transactions. He has designed several computer applications including investor contact management software, bid optimization programs and valuation models including First Financial Network's proprietary Qualitative Estimated Cash Recovery (QECR®) analysis.
Senior
Vice President - Jamie Hook provides
oversight and implementation of portfolio analysis,
pricing model development and mark to market
valuations for clients of First Financial Network.
He also serves as Project Manager for certain
residential, consumer and commercial loan sales.
His expertise in the areas of portfolio stratification,
assessment, pricing, and has played an integral
role in the success of sales conducted both domestically
and abroad.
Mr. Hook has utilized his pricing analysis and
valuation skills in providing technical advisory assistance on behalf
of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Director
of Marketing - Merrie Duncan brought
an extensive background in marketing in the commercial
real estate and development field to her role
at First Financial Network, where she now
oversees the marketing component of the company's
loan sales. She also provides organizational,
planning and management skills for the benefit
of the contract and ultimately the sale of the
portfolio. Ms. Duncan is responsible for developing
corporate marketing strategies to identify
and serve the needs of both potential and existing
clients. Additionally, she oversees the development
and management of First Financial Network's
marketing activities on the Internet and is an
integral part of the team responsible for the
due diligence and auction
technology to conduct loan sales live via the
Internet.
In addition, her previous experience in real estate site research, demographic data analysis, commercial finance and project management on a national level is well utilized when assessing commercial real estate portfolios and targeting qualified purchasers.
Chief Operating Officer - John A. Morris manages
the day-to-day operations of First Financial Network. His responsibilities
include all corporately related executive functions. He manages
all human resources related issues, including payroll, benefits, banking,
purchasing
and insurance and directly interacts with outside legal counsel
and CPAs. Mr. Morris assists with various other First Financial Network
matters ranging
from due diligence site issues and the active marketing of loan
portfolios to long-term positioning strategies, but particularly in the
areas of research,
legal agreements and business plan development and implementation.
